Every owner is a member of the HOA where the Board of Directors consists of the owners who have been elected to conduct day to day business and make decisions that affect all property owners. Kinetic, phone and Internet service provider, has installed fiber optic Internet infrastructure in Units 14 and 15.  This is an upgrade to Windstream’s copper cable.  This phase of the project is limited and not available to all residences in the community.  To request hookup to the new faster Internet service please contact Kinetic for availability.
