Every owner is a member of the HOA where the Board of Directors consists of the owners who have been elected to conduct day to day business and make decisions that affect all property owners. The guiding principals of the covenants and by-laws are to help maintain property values and the quality of life within the Prado Valley One community.}

HOA meeting :  The next HOA membership meeting has been scheduled for Saturday June 20, 2026 –  Meeting @ 4:00 pm followed by a social hour(s).  Venue to be determined.  

The invoice due date for the 2026 HOA Annual membership dues has come and gone. Accounts 30-days delinquent will automatically incur a $25.00 late fee. Please have your membership account up to date by April 2, 2026 to avoid the late fee. If you require an extension you may contact the HOA secretary to make arrangements.
