The Prado Valley One HOA consists of all property owners within the geographical boundaries of the HOA. Every owner is a member of the HOA where the Board of Directors consists of the owners who have been elected to conduct day to day business and make decisions that affect all property owners. The guiding principals of the covenants and by-laws are to help maintain property values and the quality of life within the Prado Valley One community.

Annual membership dues invoices for 2026 have been distributed with a due date of March 2nd, 2026. If you have a change of address or have not received your invoice, please reach out to the PVOHOA secretary.
